Biography

Justin M. Johnson, LUTCF is a Financial Adviser with Eagle Strategies LLC where he passionately takes pride in helping guide his client’s financial future one step at a time. He is currently a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and currently serves on the Board of the Guide Right Organization (GRO), a 501(c)(3) designed to provide cutting-edge services to underprivileged youth in the Chicago area. In February 2013, Justin was recognized by the St. Louis American as 1 of 20 professionals 40 & under for achieving in the workforce and the community at (“Salute to Young Leaders”).

Presently Justin partners with his father located in St. Louis, MO, V. Kenneth Johnson, who is a Life Member of the prestigious Million Dollar Roundtable. In June 2011, the national magazine Black Enterprise featured Justin and his father in an article titled, "Breaking the Cycle". This father/son partnership serves clients in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta and various other cities around this country between the two of them. Justin and his father are also featured in the current, Who's Who in St. Louis (Eighth Edition) with an article titled, “Johnson’s Passion Creates Legacy”.

 

A member of New Life In Christ Interdenominational Church (NLIC) and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc (Gamma Upsilon), Justin enjoys serving as a mentor to NLIC’s “Project 2015”. Justin is passionate in helping others in any way that he can. In November 2012, Justin created “Kicks 4 the City”- a shoe drive for the homeless. This year, the initiative raised over 2000 pair of shoes, which were distributed at 3 homeless shelters over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Justin received his BS in Business Marketing from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in May 2009. Justin received his LUTCF* designation in April 2011 from the American College and has been working in the financial services industry since graduating from SIU almost 5 years ago.

*Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) is a designation designed to enhance professionalism by combining essential product knowledge with basic planning concepts. The six courses completed were:
